Exposing buildUI itemList

From tinkering around a bit, adding new buildable objects to the game would either need:

• exposed access to the local itemList
• have some kind of function for buildUI to update it through that

Adding new buildables is already achievable, but it seems like having them show up in the UI would need some changes along these lines.
