More exposed attributes for Localization editing

Hi Dave, just send you a crash report regarding the last string concat functions in the localization file, which doesn’t take the non progressive version string of an action, (values.name throws an exception and crashes) Could you please add it to the function? Thanks -N, Chinese Translator
