ant compile-java in OMAR Windows install: "c:\ossim\ossim-1.18.12-1\oms\lib does not exist" #5

Following instructions for OMAR install on windows. Successful up to the "ant 
compile-java" step. Says that "c:\ossim\ossim-1.18.12-1\oms\lib does not 
exist", but it does 

output is:
