Description

Instead of having images being part of code base add the ability to load images from either:

database
filesystem
CDN like cloud flare

The requirements are:

no deployment for added images
Convenor UI for adding an image
Images can be associated with sponsors and posts
cost should be low for storage and delivery

Anything else?
