This fixes the addon for ReShade 5.9.2
It caused an incorrect swapchain to be created which particularly seems to affect exclusive fullscreen. I've tested and seen that this fixes the crash that would happen anytime fullscreen was used in FFXIV while the AutoHDR addon is loaded.
