Doesn't work with Legendary Tooltips #5

Hi, the Legendary Tooltips mod doesn't work with this mod installed, I'm using forge 1.19.2, no crash, just not working Here's latest.log: latest.log

I talked to the dev of Legendary Tooltips the issue is this according to him:
