ACT not calling out #38

i configured it exactly as the guide says but when the bot joins the channel / when i go into any fight take o10 savage for example it will not call out any mechanic im wondering what to do

Can you get it to manually say TTS messages?

Custom Triggers -> Select a trigger -> Hit Play button if using Triggernometry Plugins -> Triggernometry -> Select Trigger -> Edit Trigger -> Test Action

Does it have permission to speak in the channel? Is PTT enforced in the channel?
