Issue with Triggernometry and DiscordPlugin #42

Obviously this is a difficult one, does not nessicarily fall under one plugin or the other, but when using Triggernometry, I notice that if starting with a callout through Triggernometry it will cause the bot to not speak at all. It has to be restarted, and the process has to be killed in order for it to clear the issue. It will speak through Triggernometry if I run a callout through ACT natively first. I am playing the Triggernometry TTS through ACT. Hard to troubleshoot because the other project is not open source.

I tested this with the latest version and this issue does not seem to happen anymore. I haven't tried it in a while and there have been a lot of updates to ACT, triggernometry, discord, etc, so maybe it's been resolved by something else. Can you try this again and see if you still experience this?
