Its completely added to ACT and Discord in our channel and not playing any sounds or TTS.

Can you elaborate what you mean by this?

If you go to the custom triggers tab and type in something and click play it will say whatever u want and people on discord will hear it , but when in a fight will not do callouts through discord.

Are you using Custom Triggers for your callouts or are you using a plugin (ex Triggernometry)?

Please see Step 3, point # 8 regarding plugin order in the first time setup guide:

Use the Up/Down arrows to move ACT_DiscordTriggers.dll to the top of the plugin list. This is so that the plugin is loaded first. Note: if you are using ngld's overlayplugin, then discord triggers should be loaded after (below) that.

So it should not be at the top of the list I guess I'm misunderstanding cause that's where I have it... Any other combination makes errors codes

Try downloading the latest version and make sure this plugin as at the bottom of your list (since you are using ngld's plugin)
