bot can connect but cannot play TTS

Describe the issue Bot display "Playing with ACT Triggers", trigger works locally. However just recently, bot cannot play TTS anymore.

Environment Information:

• Has the plugin worked for you before?: Yes
• Have you checked the wiki?: Yes

Try: Triggernometry -> Options -> Edit Config -> Audio -> Use Act for TTS.
