[BUG] The menu is incorrectly sized, causing the scrollbars to appear incorrectly.

The width is sufficient, but the horizontal scrollbar still appears.

An error has occurred at the height.

Terrible height...

Thanks to the efforts of the dev team, this issue has been improved, but it doesn't seem to be completely fixed.

Version: MAKE.md 8.0.16

So far I've only found this problem in the menu for filtering tags conditions in SmartSpace.
