When selecting CU, we scroll the page so that the selected CU is centered. However, this scrolling should only be done if it matches the direction of movement specified by the user.
For example if 'j' (down direction) is pressed, and centering the selected CU required
the page to be scrolled up, the scrolling shouldn't take place.
