Please forgive me if I did too much. I was excited to contribute.

I added two different books to read as brain training, with associated rooms.
I corrected the spelling of "dungeon" in a few files.
I added the emoji for meditating.
I added ".DS_Store" to the .gitignore file, as Macs will add these files sometimes. Thanks for reviewing! Jeff :-)
