Save platforms information in templates #36

Templates should include which platforms the event gets posted to. This will save users from needing to select the platforms every time and risking not selecting all of them. Most events will always be posted to the same set of platforms.

Templates have been reworked, and are now saved in the database rather than as .json files. as part of this change, platforms are now saved and loaded with the template. ea47462f26c162c34d4602786fb05aaf0411862a
