Issues Posting Calendar-Only Events

There are some issues posting an event that does not require registration and only needs to be added to the calendar.

• A registration link is generated that links directly back to the calendar event
• Prices are displayed
• Host is listed as an instructor

We could add a field for event type that changes how the event details are displayed.

Removed the incorrect details from event that are posted only to Google Calendar.
