Some trophies will not upload code to Arduino while Arduino is plugged into trophy. But upload works fine when arduino is unplugged. I'm not sure why this is happening.

seems to be going into some kind of reset mode. the com port disappears for a few seconds in Device manager and Windows plays a tone like the device has disconnected. The device reconnects, but doesn't play the "reconnecting" sound. The LEDs on arduino also indicate that the board is going through some sort of reset.
