Emphasize that you don't want to be moving folders to trash when deleting them, only removing reference to them. I ran into a lot of issues because I was fully deleting them.

Hey @anikamorris, could you provide some more details to clarify this? I'm not sure what you meant by:

Yeah, so when you say to delete the file, two options come up: move to trash and remove reference. I was moving the files to the trash, which I didn't realize moves all instances of that file to the trash, including the ones that I had already set up in Finder. You just want to remove reference to these files, and I didn't understand that because it wasn't specified in the tutorial.
