3 years ago "-" char doesn't get added to the epub manifest resulting in a duplicated entry. Will be fixed in the next couple of updates.
Workaround: Download chapters starting with "-" in a separate file
I was going to download “The Beginning After The End” which starts at prologue -1. But when I set the beginning chapter to -1 and the end chapter to 20, it gave an error, both in the DuckDuckGo mobile app and the Safari mobile, so I don't think the error is related to the browser. I thought it could be that the software does not know how to handle the -1 index, I could be wrong though.
