Hi all I have printed all parts and my servo2040 finally arrived. And I have a problem that I follow the step to flash the firmware to the board and look like the firmware was not accepted by the board? After drag and drop uf2 image file immediately offline disconnected and not a automatically reboot and start the loaded program! And I have check no file was transferred. And I have try many time it doesn't works like you did in the video. Did I missed any step? Please help me thank you

What you're seeing is completely expected. As soon as you drag the uf2, the pico will disconnect from your machine and reboot. You will not see any uf2 files, it is installed as soon as you drag it into the pico drive.

If you want to confirm that the pico is working correctly, you can compile and load the blink uf2 image by following the steps linked here:

It can be a hardware issue, like not using an OTG USB cable. You should join the Discord server mentioned in the repo. There is a community who will be able to help you, and you'll be able to see how similar issues in the past were solved.
