I'd like to build a Photopizza, but I can't seem to find overall instructions, BOM, guide, etc. The website appears to be down as well - does anyone know the status?

Same question here. @3d-photo-360 @MakerDrive is it possible that you take a look on your website?

Couple of years ago, I bought a turntable from the original photopizza project team for the company where I'm working for. This was way before the world got crazy in 2022. This turntable (the big one) is still alive and working fine. In the past, I build a second controller and constructed a housing out of the drawings for 3D printing, I'm visiting our warehouse tomorrow to do some trainings/workshop for product photos. I will take detailed photos of the original turntable because I will build another one for myself. I will get some idea how to assamble it. The laser cutter drawings will help me to build one out of playwood. With a 400mm by 400mm - 20watt laser cutter/engraver I assume that I can build the 380mm version. I have also some more stuff to share, maybe it could be helpfull for someone. Let me know I should share my informations and stuff with you?

@trueslator for me it would be interesting to get a manual to assemble the physical parts of the table, but that's not my main issue. It would be great to have a list of electrical parts needed, a wiring plan and how to set up the system.

trueslator commented 4 months ago

@TheSchirki this would be possible. I build one controller by myself and use it for 360° panorama photos like this: http://www.meine-bilderbox.de/pano/thiele/thiele01.html and for a slider - the controller is very flexible. Give me a couple of days to find the original order which I did via Ali Express. Also the wiring wasn't that complicated.

I have reconstructed the controller unit with fritzing and have also the BOM available. I already found that somebody forked this project. I can share my data that this can be uploaded to the forked project, Any idea how to contact the owner of the forked project?

TheSchirki commented 4 months ago

@trueslator Where did you find a forked project? could you link it? And I'd appreciate it if you would upload your data there.

trueslator commented 4 months ago

The creator of this issue forked it back in April. PhotoPizza-2024. I can't add something to this forked project because the upload is blocked. @dangerweenie - should I send you a pull request or should I fork your repository?

TheSchirki commented 3 months ago

@trueslator I saw that you forked @dangerweenie s project. Would you upload your schematics and a brief instruction?

Because I'm quite new to coding and I don't really get what the "Firmware V7_6" or why there's nothing about the motor controlling. Same with all the Header files in the Arduino folder. The way I used and coded an Arduino were quite different. So I'm basically standing in front of all the code snippets and have no idea where to start or what to do with them. Any help is deeply appreciated.
