Ability to join lines and fill paragraphs, or make paragraph indentation tool more obvious #225

This may be nitpicking, but in asciidoc my usual approach is to use Emacs and turn fill on for 100-120 characters. I instinctively hit M-q to fill paragraphs all the time.

I'm not saying you need this feature, but I've found myself wanting to M-q (fill-paragraph) on the web-based interface a number of times because I was writing 200 character lines. You could say, "Just resize the browser window, jerk." And, you'd have a point there. I don't dispute that.

I eventually figured out that this double arrow at the top of the interface allowed me to reduce the horizontal width of the writing area, but it wasn't obvious. Anyway, consider this more of a report than anything else.

Although the ability to join lines maybe be useful. I can see how switching between offline vi or emacs editors and online web-based editors could be a real point of tension for a team. (As well as indentation standards and other fun things)
