XTRIM OTP READ FAIL #18

I tried the examples for the responder and initiator (e.g., ex_06b_ss_twr_responder_sts and ex_06e_AES_ss_twr_initiator), but I get the following error message:

XTRIM OTP READ FAIL

PLL is locked.. PGF cal complete..

I am new to using this device. I would really appreciate your help on how to resolve this error.
