DOD:

[x] add component to react router
[x] create component with the design
[x] can pick 5 hobbies - number on top should update
[x] can remove picked hobby by clicking on it again or on X
[x] button is anabled only after 5 hobbies are picked
[x] save data in store (accumelative)

Priority urgent

for the new slice structure and refactor to procced and add the relevant data to it, in order to avoid rewritng it also the new react router structure
