research elastic stack

I want to add log processing to our server, so we will use an industry standat tool - elasticsearch and the elastic stack (or ELK - the old name).

DOD:

• [ ] create a new repo for elastic poc
• [ ] read about elasticsearch and its stack - mainly kibana and logstash/filebeat
• [ ] create a simple fastapi server
• [ ] start elastic instance in the cloud/docker/however
• [ ] add logging to your server - log into a file
• [ ] load the file in elasticsearch
• [ ] start kibana instance however you want. make sure its connected to your elasticsearch instance
• [ ] see the logs loaded into kibana
• [ ] make some queries and dashboards in kibana
