I want your team to focus on social learning elements - and for that we need to use telegram api to find other users.
there is a chance that the bot api cannot do it- so we might need to use the mtproto (or telegram api) to do this.
DOD:
[x] create a POC repo and install the needed telegram sdk
[x] note which data you need to run it (phone number? specail api key/token?)
[x] create fast api endpoints to search for users based on keywords. check if there is an option to serach by profile stuff
[x] create poc bot to communicate with server
[x] check that the functions work
[x] create a report detailing what is the goal, what needs to be done to achienve this and every other info
[x] send the report to me and the entire team in slack
