I verified that the problem wasn't the proxy or firewall. The connection is working fine. Tried to reload multiple times and got this same message:

This site can’t be reached

127.0.0.1 refused to connect. Try: Reloading the page Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Do you have node running? Can you give me more details please.
