Test Makie#master fails on Windows #244

Julia 1.0.2 on Windows 10, console run from admin. Makie installs and succesfully runs 10 of 11 tests (the last test is lacking fftmpeg). Makie#master with AbstractPlotting#master - test throw errors. First error: "FreeType was not build properly", add FreeType#master doesn't help:

well, did you try ]build FreeType?

Yes, nothing happens (no console output after building), and the error remains the same.

there should be a build log and/or some output, which would be important to know for debugging this....

On my work machine there were similar errors but with AbstractPlotting (although It was master branch).

After rm AbstractPlotting, FreeType and Makie, gc, and again add AbstractPlotting#master, Makie#master, ImageMagick , I finally got it to work with sliders: http://makie.juliaplots.org/stable/examples-scatter.html#sliders-1

Seems like some package dependency bugs... I will try to repeat this on my home machine.
