Warning about version of Mods.jl #3441

A warning I've never seen before happens on using Makie very recently:

julia> using Makie

I saw this first with Makie 0.20.2 but I think that is not relevant. Trying with older versions, it appears to show up in 0.19 and it, looks like Mods 2.0 may have been released a bit prematurely, and somewhere there ought to be a compat bound to keep from updating but there isn't.

        Info Packages marked with ⌃ and ⌅ have new versions available. Those with ⌃ may be upgradable, but those with ⌅ are restricted by compatibility constraints from upgrading. To see why use `status --outdated -m`

The error shows up in Makie because it depends on DelaunayTriangulation which depends on SimpleGraphs which depends on LinearAlgebraX which depends on Mods. Patch at https://github.com/scheinerman/LinearAlgebraX.jl/pull/25.

Looks like this has been resolved in the dependencies.
