move to MakieOrg #17

if this is coming back, maybe better to have it in the Makie Org, @SimonDanisch ?

I mentioned this to @mkborregaard and he was fine with it. An owner of JuliaPlots will have to initiate the transfer, then @SimonDanisch can transfer it in to MakieOrg.
