Cannot update from v1.3.1 to v1.3.3

Release with the issue: v1.3.3 Last working release (if known): v1.3.1 Browser and Operating System: Chrome Win10 latest patches

Description of problem: I saw the notification to update bom-radar-card in HACS. Selected Update as per normal. Told to reload and no errors.
Notice that it is still showing that the bom-radar-card still needs to be updated. Rebooted and it is still showing needing an update. Try to reinstall the card and reboot. nothing is fixing it. I cannot remove the card, nor can I reinstall it.

The only thing that shows in the log (with debug on) is a blank line

I cannot remove, upgrade or fix this error. I have no other issues with HACS addons.

Disregard, somehow the link to the custom repository was missing. Once added, I was able to update and its working

Having the same issue all day today. Ive deleted the entire folder and the resources and the addon is still saying its waiting for an update but wont update or uninstall etc.
