Issue installing update #13

Release with the issue:

**Last working release (if known):1.3.1

**Browser and Operating System:Chrome latest Win 10

Trying to update bom-radar through HACS> Its saying current ver 1.3.1 new ver 1.3.3 when pressed update HACS asks for refresh. upon refreshits back to ver 1.3.3 available Tried reinstall through HACS. No changes.. Log report: This error originated from a custom integration.

Had to uninstall.. Went to Ver 1.3.4 took a link and re-added into HACS as custom install.. Installed it through HACS .. All working Main issue with the update was 1.3.1 to 1.3.3 was going through the OzzieRat link 1.3.4 is going through new link..

Thsi is def an issue... same thing here. Whilst there is a workaround (uninstall) It probably should not just be closed, as I am sure there will be quite a few people run into this.

Perhaps have that message in the changelog which is viewable from the old respository and linked from the HACS "upgrade available" box? As it stands at the moment there is no way other than by trying to find that community message.
