Allow the ability to use a templated entry (or another entity) for the card title #104

Describe the solution you'd like I would love to see the ability for the card to use the value from another entity for the Card Title. This could be in the form of a "Card Title Entity" as an additional configuration option in the Overview section

Describe alternatives you've considered Using a Markdown card above the Platinum Weather Card - however this looks messy..

Additional context This would allow me to use the Platinum Weather Card to display a weather forecast in the similar way that it displays today's weather (rather than the forecast section it currently has).
