New transformation type: Permutation #141

Permutates lines when prepending the transformation and columns when appending. I think also useful. Idea from #123 :)

maybe we want just one bug with a list of all transformation types we want?

Hm but I don't have more ideas now xD I think we can let each one stay in one issue^^ Implement new transformation types is not a main goal for now (especially for the 0.1 version) and will remain a while open in the issues.
