Java framework API - prepare .NET proxy

Functionality provided by the Java script packages must be replaced by the .NET functionality.

• crypto-js: JavaScript library of crypto standards.
• Express: Fast, unopinionated, minimalist web framework for node.
• body-parser: Node.js body parsing middleware.
• ws: ws is a simple to use, blazing fast, and thoroughly tested WebSocket client and server implementation.
