Convert .mkv in .avi for my HTheatre Philips #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I get not what i want for watching on my consolle home theatre Philips

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need an avi instead of .mkv and max resolution video 720*304.
If it were poissible i would keep 6ch in audio option.
What kind of setup i have to cofigure to obtain this one?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

AC3 does have 6 channel support

it looks like you're not looking hard enough into xvid4psp, play around with it 
and it should it gives results so this is not issue. Don't expect somebody 
walks you into every step. Do your homework first then post in the forums
