First PR that changes math

Changes:

Vector
- cross(), dot() are now static methods
- Added project(), reject() static methods
- Added is_normalized() method
- Added negation operator -
- Added tests
Matrix
- Removed matrix?x?.tpp, but instead added matrix?x?.h and matrix_?x?.cpp for each size
- 1D array changed to 2D array (all examples works perfectly)
- Added Matrix3x3
- Added constructors
- Added tests
