Yes I have, and I will. I've never submitted it anywhere because it was never concluded. I use this every day, but there are several modifications needed before it's Elpa-worthy. Not to mention, I've moved part of the functionality onto another package I'll be releasing soon.

So the answer is: it will be on the repositories, eventually... :-)
