Create ubuntu dev container as the default container for the application to ensure consistency across different development environments
Create gitignore to not commit the vscode settings

In the future, after we define the technical stack, it would be a good idea to update the dev container with a compose containing the other modules and with a docker file with the packages and requirements for the project.
