Description

As a Project Manager, I want to review the previous steps on the project roadmap. This will ensure that all tasks have been completed as planned and that the project is progressing smoothly towards its goals.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Access the visual representation of the project roadmap.
  2. Review each completed step on the roadmap, checking that the associated tasks have been fully and correctly implemented.
  3. Verify that all deliverables for each step have been produced and meet the required standards.
  4. Check that each step was completed within its planned timeframe and did not cause any delays in the project schedule.
  5. Consult with the relevant team members to clarify any doubts or issues related to the completed steps.
  6. Document the review results, noting any deviations from the plan and their reasons.
  7. Discuss the review results with the team and decide on any necessary actions or adjustments to the project plan.
  8. Update the project documentation with the final version of the review results and any changes to the project plan.
  9. Review the roadmap, removing, adding, and updating the steps done until now and providing a development flow for sequential and parallel steps.

Feedback: still need to update the roadmap on roadmap.sh

I have updated the steps on the roadmap until now. Please take a look and give me feedback about the changes.

The blue lines indicate the steps until now, and the red lines show the following steps yet to be validated.

I only updated the flow and we still need to update the description for each step (it would be nice to put some references).
