Remove expo #22

[x] initialize new React Native codebase
[x] setup ios and android environment for testing
[x] ensure that the test project runs without issue for ios devices
[x] ensure that the test project runs without issue for android devices
[x] integrate code changes from previous codebase
[x] force push to remote weather app repo

Has this been committed to main? It seems there are still lots of references to expo there?

@vegardb, the GPS feature uses expo-location. expo-location requires other expo modules. I suggest migrating to another location provider to completely get rid of expo.
