When I want details about the weather on a specific day, I want an hourly forecast so that I can plan for that day

WHERE On the hourly page for a given day

WHAT Add global header Add background with a extra layer of frosting so that the illustration does not disturb the busy content

WHAT NOT The table with the actual forecast is not part of this story

DESIGN As done previously in landingpage

Tested OK! Some issues with backbutton on landingpage, but this is coveren in story #39
