Worked on:

added menu bar with dummy action buttons
added menu bar to home screen
added current location lookup to home screen
added shortening of title if it is too long; currently truncates at 15 chars but need feedback on better ways to do this @LinUXBele @havardf

what paddings to use for the elements @LinUXBele
what fonts to use for the app; saw Noto Sans and Rajdhani in Figma; @LinUXBele
