Landingpage asking for permission to use location #48

When I am using the app and want to permit the Malawi weather app to use my location, I want a short introduction to make sure I understand what to do and why I need this

WHERE On landingpage when location is turned off, permission to use location is not turned on

Show a modal with text explaining that to get more accurate information, they need to allow our app access to their location. Show cancel link and a "turn on" button to continue into the phones native settings for turning on location rights/permission to use location.

Not able to test this on my phone as of now, please @danielmwakanema can you help me test after Christmas?
