NOT READY FOR DEV

When searching or doing something that generates a wait time I want an indication that the page is loading so I will stay patient and wait a bit longer before giving up

WHERE Everywhere

WHAT Spinning loader icon to hint to the user to wait before pressing Should time out after a while and throw an error message, telling the user what to do next. Etc: "An error occurred when fetching data. Please wait a few minutes and try again".... or something similar

I am not able to find this anywhere. Even though search is slow. Not able to test.
