GUI for Fancontrol. It uses the KAuth module of the KDE Frameworks 5 to write the generated config file. Furthermore it communicates with systemd via dbus to control the fancontrol service. If you want to compile without systemd support set the -DNO_SYSTEMD option.

Computer gets completely stuck after writting "make -j" on terminal #62

Hi! Sorry if i'm not explaining myself very good, i'm a very new linux user.

So the problem is that for some reason when i try to install the program my computer gets completely stuck, specifically when i execute the following command. make -j The instalation goes normal until i write make -j for some reason my computer gets completely stuck, specifically when the process it's at 68% index I'm sorry if i the proof is a camera photo, but the problem is that big that i can't even move the computer mouse, the only thing i can do is just holding the power button Here is my system information just in case. The image says Ubuntu but i'm actually using Lubuntu image I hope i can get some help out of this, since i really need this program. Thank you!

PS: I also tried with sudo su but i'm still getting stuck

I'm sorry but I have no idea why this is happening to you. If you really need manual fan control you can use pwmconfig instead if fancontrol-gui.
