Update and rename README.md to readMe.MD

GUI for Fancontrol. It uses the KAuth module of the KDE Frameworks 5 to write the generated config file. Furthermore it communicates with systemd via dbus to control the fancontrol service. If you want to compile without systemd support set the -DNO_SYSTEMD option.

Improved the ReadMe so that it's more legible and consistently formatted (https://github.com/Maldela/fancontrol-gui/pull/92/commits/a88c7f71138009c96168dd0614f986c2a1cbcbc5?short_path=4f382ae#diff-4f382aebfa67b9f0ddf22553bb65a2ab580c49d5b2fd604e17d60306384e1c46) and renamed the filename to conform to standard naming schemes (it's not a const XD).
