MPL Split Rankings Not Regarded #19

If you take a look at the MPL divisions in the 'Other tournaments' section you see that the players are ranked 1 through 8 although I assigned them specific rankings in the respective files. These specified rankings work on the tournament pages, but not on the overview page.

Planning to resolve this as part of #38
