Publish List with Github Pages #5

Hi, I think it would be cool to publish this list as a website with Github Pages. You should be able to turn it on by tweaking the repo settings. If it would be a help for me to outline the necessary steps, I'd be happy to do it. Thanks, and this list is fantastic!
