What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View OpenTyrian credits(?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Wii version from Wiibrew.org

Please give all relevant details concerning your wii (Menu version, HBC
version, etc.).
Wii Menu 4.0; Homebrew via BannerBomb exploit.

Please provide any additional information below.
I also have the "reset to menu during rear gun upgrade" problem.

Just thought I'd mention (I forgot to before).  It's version 1.1.2 and I've 
also 
downloaded the Nunchuck Joystick configuration file.  Don't know if that might 
help.
