How muh printers Oracle cloud can handle? #14

Can it hadle like 10 printers?

I have mine configured for 2 vCPU and when I'm printing with one printer with video enabled, I see about 20% CPU usage consistently, so I would say 4 should be supported with that. If you max it out with 4 vCPU that you can get for free, you may be able to get 8 printers, but lately I've turned off video streaming and have it only send snapshots every 10 seconds which is all the failure detection needs, and I see much less CPU usage that is more spikey as it processes the image and then sits waiting for the next image, so I think you could get more printers with that configuration. I'm using the moonraker-obico plugin, and there is a configuration item to disable video streaming. I'm not sure of the Octoprint plugin has the same option or not.
